What you'll do

• Elevate the UI and UX of our nonfiction-oriented reading applications from design to delivery
• Work with leaders and developers to shape the product roadmap and prepare designs for implementation
• Continuously refine the design of the existing Readwise product
• Drive the evolution of the Readwise visual language
• Design product across mobile, tablet, and desktop (and email)
• Some landing page, email, and miscellaneous marketing-related design work (less than 10%)

Who you are

• Senior or principal product designer with experience working in-house
• Although a traditional portfolio isn’t mandatory, be ready to present work examples, especially product flows. Explaining your design choices and their impacts is essential.
• Strong on simplifying complex UI
• Self-starter — comfortable working independently and remotely
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience with marketing design (e.g., landing pages)
• Move fast without sacrificing quality
• Passionate about reading! 😉
